Cen-Tex DART helps communities prepare for disasters and provides trained volunteer support to local and regional operations when professional responders are overwhelmed or unable to respond.
Deployment and assistance depend on official requests, conditions, volunteer availability, training and operational safety.

Our role begins with preparedness and continues through coordinated support. Cen-Tex DART complements—not replaces—police, fire, EMS, emergency management or other professional response agencies.
